2. enter files (just like you would attach files to email)

3. hit the "upload" button AT bottom of page

4. your done

****this is far simpler than email, wont go to spam, no size limit

when you hit "add files" on link page, your file window on your computer will open and you can add as many files as you wish.

***One of the biggest reasons for failure and delay is the lack of understanding the loan request. Lenders review 100's of files a month, a loan request must be short, clear and concise.

 

Ex: your summary should contain the loan amount, exact description of collateral , transaction type, purpose and use of funds. If bridge loan - whats the exit, if we are requesting income documentation, a simple summmary (" John Doe reports 235,000 / year income, shows 400k liquid and reports 700+ credit)

Then, you should indicate what documents are being uploaded (leases, rent rolls, etc)

Our goal is to help move loans along from initial review to a Term sheet pending actual site visit- appraisal of property. Generally that happens withing 12 - 36 hours.
